Shipping and Returns

Depending on your location we offer free shipping from €100,- (in the Netherlands). We also offer shipping for mopeds and e-bikes. Please ask for a quatation.


Processing and shipment of online orders

 

Processing:

We process online orders from Monday to Friday.
If you order on these days before 3 p.m., the package will be processed the same day. If you order after 15:00, the order will be processed the next business day. During the processing of your order, we will keep you informed by means of status updates via e-mail.


Shipping:

If your order has been processed, it will be shipped the same day by us. Or it will be ready for pick-up.
If you order a part which we do not have in stock, we will order this part for you from the supplier. In that case, your order will receive the status: “Waiting for supplier”. As soon as the part has arrived to us, your order will be shipped and the status of your order will change to: “Shipped”.


Delivery time and status:

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a status e-mail stating whether your order has been sent per envelope or per parcel. In the case of a parcel you will receive an email with a track & trace link.

If your shipment is sent by envelope, we cannot give you any guarantee or indication about the expected delivery time.
If your shipment is sent by parcel, it will usually be delivered within 2 working days in the Netherlands, Germany and Belgium.
